It’s time for the Annual
Performance Report survey! The survey is very similar to previous years,
including questions about course completion/enrollment, student
progress, and programs offered to students at your school. The survey
will be completed online. Log on to the Events and Cost Share Tracker,
select "Data Entry" from the top menu bar, and then click on "School
Survey". Click the "Save Data" button regularly to save your work and
ensure the website doesn't time out. The survey needs to be completed no
later than March 21, in order for us to meet our federal reporting deadlines.
NOTES:
*
If your cluster has more than one school, please collect the data for
each school, and enter the total/cumulative amounts online.
* The FAQ has answers to questions about course completion, unexcused absences, etc.
* This survey is completely separate from the Student, Parent, and Teacher surveys created by Education Northwest.
