Ford Schools:
The GEAR UP surveys for students and educators are available.We would like surveys completed and in the mail by March 20 unless you have made other arrangements. If you requested paper copies but haven't received them yet or need an extension, please contact Natalie.
  • Student Surveys: Please ask students in grades 7-10 to complete a survey. 
  • Educator Survey: All school staff who serve students in grades 7-12 should complete the online survey.

Federal Schools:

    • Priority schools: All priority students. 
  • Educator Survey: All school staff who serve students in grades 7-12 should complete the online survey.
  • Parent Survey: Parents may complete surveys online or by paper. The links to the parent online surveys are available in English and Spanish.
