Senior Year Toolkit - We Need Your Feedback!

Many of you saw a sneak peek of our Senior Year Toolkit at the SUCCESS Retreat and provided valuable feedback. We took your suggestions and are ready for more! The Senior Year Toolkit, It's A Plan!, provides coordinators, students and parents with monthly checklists that break down the complicated college application and financial aid process into manageable action items, with related communication pieces to help get the word out via social media, text messages and newsletters.

There will be a dedicated section of the GEAR UP website (http://gearup.ous.edu/itsaplan - look around but know it's still under construction!) that will house all of the resources, which can be downloaded as PDF files or as Word documents to customize the information.

Here's how you can help (by May 28, please):

• Go to http://gearup.ous.edu/itsaplan/educators/applying and download the September toolkit (in PDF, or Word if you want to customize information). You can download an overview of the whole senior year here: http://gearup.ous.edu/itsaplan/educators
• Go through the resources.
• Fill out our 4-question feedback form below.

Although the September toolkit is in draft form, feel free to use the information to help guide your planning for next year. We will have the finalized September toolkit by mid-July, with October, November and December available before the start of the school year. Any questions? Contact Dana.
