National GEAR UP Conference Registration

This year, the NCCEP/GEAR UP Annual Conference will "officially" kick-off with breakfast and the opening ceremony the morning of Monday, July 23 and conclude with lunch on Wednesday, July 25. Registration is NOW OPEN! As a reminder, GEAR UP will provide lodging and registration for two people per cluster. Please send in your registrations as soon as possible and book your hotel rooms, as the registration fee is increasing and the conference hotel is filling up fast.

There will be breakout sessions, keynote speakers, visits to our elected officials on Capitol Hill and recognition of outstanding GEAR UP students, parents, partners and programs. The details:

REGISTRATION
  •  As a reminder, GEAR UP will provide lodging and registration for two people per cluster (in a double room where possible). 
  • For the two registrations GEAR UP is covering,  DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE. Please register as soon as possible using the registration form, and fax it to 541-346-5790 or email it to natalie_toogood@ous.edu. The early bird registration deadline has passed, and the registration fees will be going up.
  •      For hotel reservations, please register online as soon as possible, as the room block fills up quickly. For the lodging GEAR UP is covering, please forward the e-mail reservation confirmation to natalie_toogood@ous.edu. GEAR UP will use the confirmations to pay the hotel directly.

IGNITE PRESENTATIONS
  • Competing during an Ignite! presentation. Share your personal and professional passions before the GEAR UP audience, using 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds, for a total presentation time of 5 minutes. Ignite! is your chance to tell your GEAR UP story in a way that others will listen (and is a great tool for presentations to your school board, students and more! Want help or have more questions?
