High School Graduate List due October 1st

Each year we collect a list of the high school graduates at our schools, in order to calculate post-secondary education enrollment rates. We submit the names to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), who then sends us enrollment data. We will then send your high school a report showing how many graduates enrolled in postsecondary education. Please send us a list of all of your 2011-12 graduates by October 1^st at the latest. (Please submit the grad list earlier if you will not have access to the graduates’ records after summer.) We need first, middle, and last name, DOB, and also diploma type. Please include all diploma types (regular, honorary, modified, alternative), 12^th grade GED recipients, and any other students who are graduating. Please include all students who are counted as 2011-12 grads, even if they graduate at some point after the primary June graduation date. (For example, in August.)

Your contact for this information may be a registrar or a person in IT. Click here for an Excel template that you may use to submit the information. Please change the name of the spreadsheet to include your school name. Because we are asking for personal identification information for each student, please do not email us the file. You have two options:


1) Upload the file to the secure GEAR UP upload website:

2) Put the file on a CD, disk or flash drive (which we will return to you),
