Student of the Month Nominations Now Open!

Do you know an awesome GEAR UP student that deserves to be recognized? One student will be selected each month and will be featured on the GEAR UP website as well as awarded a Kindle Paperwhite!

Nominations are due by October 26, 2012.

Students may have demonstrated determination, leadership, teamwork, or overcome adversity. If you think a student is impressive and on track for college success, we want to hear about it (in 250 words or less). Nominate a student today!

Coordinators may nominate one student per school each quarter.

Student of the Month: Sierra Burgess

Congratulations to Sierra Burgess, our first GEAR UP Student of the Month!

Sierra is a freshman at Glendale Junior/Senior High School and is on track for college with a 3.4 GPA. Legally blind, she is a determined student!
